Why don't you have the team names printed on the schedule?
To avoid trademark infringement issues for us and our customers, we do not sell sports schedules with trademarked team names. If you are a team partner or licensed to use the trademark, and would like to use it on your order, please contact us to setup a custom design order.
How do I re-order my schedule from last year?
Getting what you got last year or season is easy! If you designed and approved your design via our Online Editor, all of your logos and headshots will be saved in your gallery and you'll be able to recreate your last schedule by selecting them in the Editor and typing your contact information. Doing this way will save you 1-2 production days. If you had us custom design your art previously, or would like us to pull your art for you, select the "We Design It For You" option at the "Design Options" step. From there, select either the "USE PAST DESIGN AS IS" for no change re-orders, and "USE PAST DESIGN WITH CHANGES" if you have some changes.
Does the schedule type I choose affect the type of envelope I need or how much the postage will be to mail it?

Can you mail my schedules for me?
Yes! We offer a variety of mailing options for you.
Magnetic Card Mailer: Our easiest, and most cost-effective solution is our Magnetic Card Mailer, which allows you to design your magnet and your personalized postcard message online, then upload (or email later) your mailing list. We'll print your personalized message and recipient address on the back of the schedule and mail them for you! Pricing is provided online during ordering process.
Mailings for Schedules in Envelopes: Design your schedule and corresponding envelopes, add to cart and check out. Send us an email or chat with your order # and mailing list, and indicate whether you want first class or bulk mail. We'll update your order, get approval and payment, and process your mailing. Mailing Service includes list processing, printing, stuffing, sealing and stamping. $0.35/pc. (250 pc minimum)

When will pre-order products go into production?
Once the finalized schedules are released with game times (we anticipate late January/early-February), it takes about 2 weeks for us to finalize print files and begin production. The general rule of thumb is that we should start shipping schedules in about 3 weeks after the schedules are released.
Please note that schedules will change up until the week of play in some cases. To help account for those last-minute changes after we print, we offer a real-time QR-code which will provide your customers with up-to-date schedules.

Can you create a schedule with a local or high school team?
Yes! With a schedule in a formatted spreadsheet (.xlsx, .csv, .numbers) and a small art fee, we can take your local team's schedule and place it on one of our designs. Please contact us via chat or email on how we can help.
